Anne Curtis, sa wakas ay sinagot na ang usap-usapan kung lilipat nga ba siya sa kabilang network

Anne Curtis, who now stars on ABS-CBN, has assured Kapamilya fans that she will not be moving to GMA-7.

Despite meeting with GMA executives for a possible project in the near future, she continues to be quiet.

GMA executives Jose Mari “Joey” Abacan and Annette Gozon-Valdes met with Anne via Zoom on July 1, 2021, immediately following the signing of Bea Alonzo’s contract with the Kapuso network.

Annette is the head of GMA Films, which is part of the GMA Network’s film division.

GMA Films is the parent business of GMA Pictures, a film production company with ties to the network’s entertainment division, and Backyard Productions.

Executives from VIVA Films and VIVA Artists Agency, as well as Anne’s management, were also present during the meeting.

Joey wrote in his caption, “Thank God for a very productive afternoon! Very refreshing to see you again @annecurtissmith #goodvibes #gmafilms #gma #viva”

The photo was quickly picked up by netizens on Twitter.

With most Kapamilyas heartbroken by Bea’s transfer with GMA-7, most of them were surprised to see Anne with the executives of the rival network.

One netizen tagged Anne and asked her: “please tell us na gma films lang at hindi ka lilipat sa gma”

Anne’s response reassured all of her followers that she will not be leaving her TV profession anytime soon.

After all, this isn’t the first time she’ll work with GMA Films while still a Kapamilya actress.

She then answered, “Hahaha Yes. Kalma. They pitched a film for next year na hindi pa naman sure yet. As always, I need to read the script first before making a decision. The last viva x gma film I did was IN YOUR EYES with Ate Claudine & Richard. I was already a Kapamilya then. So Kalma Lang!”
