Italian flavors take center stage at Marco Polo Ortigas

From Italian classics to distinctly Filipino flavors, Marco Polo Ortigas Manila is bringing a mix of familiar tastes and contemporary creations to the table this September, with new offerings at Cucina and Cafe Pronto.

Cucina’s Taste of Italia highlights Italian favorites through a buffet featuring Osso Buco Milanese, Chicken Parmigiana, Tomato and Burrata Salad, Crostata, Limoncello, and other Italian-inspired dishes.

Launched this September, the Italian-themed buffet is available Thursday to Sunday for lunch and Thursday to Saturday for dinner, giving diners an opportunity to enjoy a selection of Italian dishes in a relaxed setting suited for meals and gatherings.

At Cafe Pronto, the focus shifts to coffee infused with familiar Filipino flavors. Its new series features the White Choco Ube Latte, Chilled Espresso Sunrise, and Creamy Peanut Butter Latte, each offering a different take on coffee through contrasting and complementary flavors.

The White Choco Ube Latte combines espresso, white chocolate and ube. Long associated with Filipino favorites such as ube halaya and halo-halo, ube has also become increasingly visible in contemporary food and beverage creations, bringing its vibrant color and naturally sweet character to a modern coffee drink.
