Janella Salvador is not yet ready!

Up until today that their baby is already growing so fast, Janella Salvador reveals that she’s not yet ready to tie the knot with her partner Markus Paterson.

In a revelation made by Ogie Diaz in YouTube on February 2, Janella Salvador said that she still has a lot to prepare with Markus before they can say that they’re finally ready to settle down.

Despite saying that she’s still not ready, she also added that they aren’t closing the door for such opportunity it’s just that they wanted to make sure that they are prepared emotionally and even financially.

“Markus and I siguro are still… siyempre gusto ko pag nagpakasal kayo, sobrang sobrang okay ang lahat. Stable ka, financially, emotionally, lahat,” She said.

Janella then continued and said that they are still learning new things about each other.

“Ngayon meron pa kami siyempreng mga… we’re still learning new things about each other and how we are as parents. So hindi pa namin iniisip ‘yung, ‘Pakasal na tayo.’ Wala pa,” she added.

In addition to that, they decided to focus more on Jude Trevor, their son, for the mean time.

“Siguro ever since I gave birth, lalo na ako, ‘yung atensyon ko talaga na kay Jude halos. Pero siyempre nag-uusap pa rin kami. We’re under one roof, we’re still okay, we’re talking. Pero talagang sa parenting kami nagfo-focus,” she said.

Nevertheless, Janella revealed that it is still their goal to get married for she’s the type of person who dates to marry.

“Ako kasi I date to marry. So if I’m dating someone, ayaw ko ‘yung… parang anong point, magde-date ka tapos you’re not trying to see if siya na talaga ‘yun?” Janella Salvador stated.

“If he doesn’t think the same way, walang point. Parang feeling ko, we are just wasting our time kapag magde-date ka tapos hindi ‘yun ‘yung end goal mo.”

In the same interview, Janella Salvador revealed that she believes Markus will still mature as time flies.

“I can see naman na he’s really inspired din to be a good person. He’s a good person naman, he has a good heart. Don’t get me wrong. Pero siyempre meron pa siyang ima-mature,” Janella Salvador explains.

“[But] I can see naman na he wants to grow and mature na rin. Lalo na’t feeling ko na-inspire din siya kay Jude.”

Janela Salvador further stated that since they ahve been living together, she was able to discover a lot of new things about her partner, Markus.

“Siyempre now that we’ve been staying together, marami rin akong napansin sa kanya na ugali niya, and I’m sure marami rin siyang napansin sa akin. Ayaw ko naman siyang siraan, so hindi ko na ime-mention kung ano. Pero meron, may ganun,” Janella admits.

“Pero okay naman kami. We’re okay naman.”

It was in January 2021 when Janella Salvador and Markus Paterson shocked everyone when they announced that they already have a baby.
