Julia Barretto recently shared an IG Story with a photo of her boyfriend, Gerald Anderson, and a comment about how much she misses him.

The two had been dating for quite some time before the actor publicly confirmed their romance on Boy Abunda’s talk program.

There had been reports that the two were dating prior to his admittance.

During that time, photographs of them supposedly in the same place appeared on the internet.

Since becoming public, the couple has been spotted in a variety of situations, including Gerald’s resort, the actor appearing on Julia’s vlog, Gerald spending time with the actress’ family, and so on.

The actor accompanied Julia to her induction as an auxiliary officer of the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary earlier this month (PCGA).

Under the K9 Squadron of the organization, she was given the rank of Auxiliary Ensign.

Gerald has been a PCGA member since 2016, and he now holds the rank of Auxiliary Lieutenant Commander.

They’ve also taken a lot of flak since going public last summer, but they appear to be too enamored to care.

Perhaps it was Julia’s deep affection for the actor that drove her to publish a photo of him with an emotional comment.

“I miss you,” Julia posted on her boyfriend’s photo, along with two heart emojis.

Gerald’s return date is unknown, but when he does, he will undoubtedly be welcomed into the loving arms of his love, Julia.
