Trina Legaspi, the former Goin’ Bulilit star, took to social media to ask for prayers for her family members who had caught the coronavirus (COVID-19) condition.

The 27-year-old actress uploaded photographs of her family showing signs of exhaustion on Instagram stories, saying she prays for them to have “fresh new lungs from the Lord.”

Trina then prayed for her family’s full recovery from the sickness.

She also asked for prayers for her family’s financial well-being as they navigated through a recent crisis in their lives.

“Praying for complete healing from COVID-19 for my family and financial provision,” she wrote.

Meanwhile, Trina expressed confidence in her family’s ability to fully recover from the deadly condition.

“We believe gagaling kami and God, you will provide for us!”

Trina is best remembered for her role in the now-defunct ABS-CBN kiddie comedy Goin’ Bulilit.

She has also appeared in multiple episodes of Maalaala Mo Kaya and Ipaglaban Mo over the years, including Luv U, Nathaniel, A Love To Last, and numerous episodes of Maalaala Mo Kaya and Ipaglaban Mo.

Trina got engaged to Ryan Jarina, her longterm non-showbiz boyfriend, last year.

Trina said in a Magandang Buhay program earlier this year that she and Ryan are going to marry in the fourth quarter of 2021.
