Do you still remember the former actress and Starstruck graduate Jewel Mische?

From her good running career in GMA network, Jewel tried her luck in ABS CBN and succeeded eventually. She continued her acting career for a few more years until she formally quit in 2013 to be with her husband and live in Michigan, USA.

HAPPILY MARRIED

Jewel and her husband Alex Kurzer tied the knot in December 28, 2014, two years since they began dating and a year after they got engaged.

According to Jewel, Alex has been very supportive especially during her past pregnancies and her surgery.

BLESSED WITH ANGELS

The Starstruck survivor is now a mommy of two girls. Her eldest, Aislah Rose and her newborn daughter Emerald Jade, or Emrie.

On her Instagram account, Jewel usually shows off her babies and the netizens just can not help but gush over their chubby cheeks!

On a certain post, Jewel said that she might not be able to pursue all the dreams that her moms wants her to chase to be considered as successful, she still firmly believes that she totally wins in life by just having her family.

“My mom is very different from me though, we have always clashed. This is why we don’t have the Hallmark kind of mom and daughter relationship.

“I believe she still secretly thinks I am a failure for leaving showbiz to be ‘just a house wife’ or a ‘full time mom.'” she wrote.

Added Jewel, “My definition of success is different from hers. ‘Success’ to me (and one of my favorite preachers)—is completion and fulfillment (of the original intent) of the purpose for your existence (why you were created).

“In other words, success is not about making a lot of money, it’s not about having a big house with a nice car by the lake.

“Success is not having a lot of friends, nor accolades or even plaques on the wall.

“Success is very very simple, discovering your purpose and then completing it before you die. In other words, success must be measured by why you were created. Success is therefore, ‘PURPOSE FULFILLED.'”
