Jake Ejercito, May Ibinunyag Tungkol Sa Pagtrato Sa Anak Niyang Si Ellie Sa Siargao!

Jake Ejercito and ex girlfriend Andy Eigenmann had a tough relationship and even a rougher phase after break up, but the actor and TV host is glad that both of them eventually grew out of it.

Now, he and the vlogger are currently in a harmonious co-parenting relationship with their almost 10 year old daughter, Ellie.

In his interview with Boy Abunda way back 2018, he revealed that for their set-up, they both agreed that Ellie will stay for 20 days on Andi’s place, and the rest will be Jake’s.

But last year, 2020, Jake unexpectedly spent 3 months with daughter after Ellie was stuck in Manila during COVID-19 pandemic.

Eventually, Andi flew from Siargao to be with Ellie, until she gave birth to her third child, Koa.

Just recently, Jake visited Siargao for the first time to fetch Ellie.

“Actually what happened was, si Ellie was in Siargao, with her mom, with Andi. And then wala naman, hindi naman siya vacation trip. Actually more on daddy duty siya kasi I went there just to pick her up.

“Kasi nga considering si Andi may bagong baby, she has Lilo also, mahihirapan siya kung siya pa ang magdadala dito kay Ellie. Nakiusap sa akin si Andi kung puwede ko sunduin si Ellie and that’s what I did.” he said in an interview.

ON PARENTING WITH ELLIE

Jake, who loves showing off his daughter on social media said that he sometimes feel overwhelmed by comments of their fans.

“Whenever I see the comments, it’s flattering and humbling. But at the same time kasi parang I just wanna be the best Dad for Ellie, so I don’t see anything special about it.

“Especially in my case, considering na hindi ko siya laging kasama, so every time na I’m with her, I make it a point na sulutin iyong opportunities na iyon. I make the most out of it.”
