Bimby, Sa Wakas Ay Nagsalita Na Kung Totoong Bakla Nga Ba Siya O Hindi!

14 year old Bimby Aquino already sets the record straight about speculations and rumor about his sexuality.

It can be remembered that way back when he was 10 years old, he already slammed the over-critical netizens for claiming that he’s gay for being feminine.

“Why would you judge a child?” he asked.

To which her mom, Queen of All Media, Kris Aquino agreed, “Don’t judge a child, and don’t make the decision for the child.”

“It’s because we’re still learning about ourselves and puberty hasn’t struck for me yet.” Bimby seconded.

And for the celebration of his 14th birthday, Bimby once again addressed the issue and emphasized that there is nothing wrong with being part of the LGBTQ+ community.

When asked about his opinion whenever he receives hate and judgement, Bimby said, “Wala, I don’t feel anything.”

“I just feel like, ‘Sige, if you think I’m gay, all right, dude. But you do realize na that gay community sa Philippines is a strong community.

“And you do realize na I’m 13 [years old]. I’m 14 in a few minutes.”

“So parang like, it did not go through my mind, like, ’cause I know what I am. I’m straight. I’m straight as an arrow.”

Kris then asks, “Sagutin natin once and for all, have you questioned yourself about that?”

“No, not at all…” he responded.

His mom rebutts, “So you like girls?”

“I love girls.” replied the kid.

Bimby then went on about the discrimination with being gay, and said that no one should feel oppressed just because of their sexuality.

Ako lang ha, they’re entitled to their own opinion on what they think about me just as long as you don’t, like, attack me.

“Like if you say, ‘I think he’s gay,’ I’ll respect that. I’ll say no, I’m not gay. But if you say, ‘Uy, beki si Bimb, kadiri,’ that’s wrong.

“As long as you debate with someone at may respeto ka sa tao, okay lang, sure. If you have different opinions, okay lang iyan, sure.”
