Retired actress Dionne Monsanto happily announced her marriage with husband Ryan Stalder last March 9.

On Instagram, the Tubig At Langis star shared several photos of their intimate nuptial that took in Switzerland.

Revealed the actress, her family was not there to witness her special day, but her in laws welcomed her with much love that still completed her day.

Aside from the country-side theme of her wedding and her cool blue bridal car, the highlight of her wedding is her confession that she only spent an unbelievable amount for her dress!

And if you think that she spend millions, no!

According to Dionne, she only spend 300 PHP for her sleek, gorgeous dress!

On Instagram, she wrote, “I spent 300 pesos on my wedding dress! 👰🏻♀

“The bottom part of my dress is my Something Old. It was a thoughtful gift from my sister @travelfoodfinds a year ago. The corset top is something I bought from an online shop in the Philippines for less than Php 300 (6 CHF).”

Added her, “As I’ve gotten older, I realize more and more that things are just things. That I don’t need a lot to be happy. That love & respect from people I love are more important than any material possession. 🤍

Just recently, Dionne announced her retirement from showbiz to finally settle in Switzerland with her husband.

During her guesting in Magandang Buhay last February, Dionne confirmed that she will now stop accepting any acting jobs to focus on her personal life.

“I want to say thank you so much. This is my last guesting ’cause I’m retiring. I am already retired. ‘Hello, Stranger’ is actually my last project and this is my last guesting. So, thank you so much ‘Magandang Buhay,'”
