Francine Diaz At Andrea Brillantes, Usap-usapan Ng Netizens Matapos Silang May Mapansing Kakaiba Sa Palabas Nilang Huwag Kang Mangamba!

Francine Diaz and Andrea Brillantes are giving their fans a breath of fresh air on their new prime time series Huwag Kang Mangamba.

After the success of their long running afternoon series Kadenang Ginto from 2018 too 2020, where Andrea played the role of Marga, the antagonist of the story, and Francine showcasing her acting range as Cassy, the protagonist, the two young actresses will finally switch roles for the inspiration themed show.

Francine plays Joy, a misunderstood teen who resents her father (Diether Ocampo) and his new family after the death of her mother. She rebels and is expelled from school because of drugs.

On the other hand, Andrea portrays Mira, a blind girl who lives on the street. Despite her blindness, she spreads kindness to everyone in her town.

After figuring out on an accident where both of their lives were put at risk, both of their faith were shaken as Joy and Mira question the reality of “God.”

Aside from the teens’ relationship to God, Huwag Kang Mangamba will also focus on how people believe in miracles and how greedy politicians abuse this to gain more power in their town.

Francine and Andreawill also be joined respective love-team partners Kyle Echarri and Seth Fedelin, respectively. The four teens compose ABS-CBN’s group The Gold Squad, which started in Kadenang Ginto.

Huwag Kang Mangamba will also feature veteran actors Eula Valdes, Sylvia Sanchez, and Nonie Buencamino.

The other cast members are RK Bagatsing, Mercedes Cabral, Enchong Dee, Angeline Quinto, Alyanna Angeles, and returning actor Diether Ocampo.

Huwag Kang Mangamba is under the production unit of Dreamscape Entertainment, and is set to air on March 22, 2021, replacing Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin in ABS-CBN’s broadcast platforms: Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, and A2Z Channel 11.
