Cristine Reyes, may inamin tungkol sa kaniyang pinagdadaanan bilang isang single mom na ikinagulat ng lahat
Ever since she gave birth to her daughter Amarah almost 6 years ago, Cristine Reyes’ character has grown rapidly, and she has became even nicer to people.
Admitted the actress, she knew that she had a history of being “very maldita” that is why his current on screen partner, Diego Loyzaga, was the first actor who ever shown him genuine and kind treatment.
Cristine and Diego are now taping for the Philippine adaptation of South Korean drama series Encounter.
Encounter is about a story of two strangers, who have a huge age gap that eventually falls in love.
Cristine, who is 6 years younger than Diego, said that there is a chance that she might like the actor if ever they have met any sooner.
“Knowing me, once I get to know the person if there was a chance na nakilala ko siya and I get that vibe, I get that spark, I’m sure, I would,”
This opens up about the question of her marriage with husband Ali Kathibi.
But instead of answering directly, Cristine gave them a confirmation after stating her struggle of being a single parent.
“Before pa po nagkaroon ng pandemic, I had to work na right away, so yun ang mas mahirap.
“Kasi yun ang time na bagong panganak pa lang ako kay Amarah and I got separated from her, when she was only four months old. ‘Yan yung devastated ako.
“Natuto na rin ako to live with it ‘coz I cannot do anything about it. I’m a working mom, I’m a single working mom.
“And also before the pandemic happened, I got to work abroad for the movie Untrue tapos threes weeks, so wala pang pandemic noon,”
Added her, “When I had Amarah, she changed my life.
“And then, when I became a single mom, I had to work harder and I know I had to change,”
