Honda Cars Appoints New Dealer Principals, Launches Initiative to Elevate Customer Experience in PH

Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) is set to strengthen its dealership network and enhance customer experience through strategic appointments and operational initiatives.

Effective January 1, 2026, dealerships previously managed by ACMobility will transition to Gateway Group and Borromeo Motoring Group (BMG), both recognized for their extensive automotive retail expertise.

Gateway Group will operate Honda Cars Makati, Cebu, Negros, Cagayan De Oro, and Alabang.

BMG will oversee Honda Cars Bacoor, Pasig, Mandaue, and Iloilo.

New Subsidiary to Enhance Operations

HCPI will also establish a new subsidiary to manage Honda Cars Shaw, aiming to elevate operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction across its network. This move positions HCPI closer to its market, ensuring a seamless, high-quality customer experience nationwide.

HCPI President Rie Miyake highlighted the strategic impact, “With the support of our new subsidiary and dealer partners, we are committed to delivering Honda’s dedication to customer satisfaction, providing sustainable and electrified mobility options, and enriching the Joy of Driving for every Filipino.”

Pending approval from government regulatory bodies, the transition is expected to take effect in early 2026, reaffirming Honda’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer-focused mobility solutions.
