Benjarong Manila and UMU Join MICHELIN Guide 2026 Debut in PH
Dusit Thani Manila celebrates a significant milestone as two of its signature restaurants—Benjarong Manila and UMU, earn places in the inaugural MICHELIN Guide Philippines 2026 selection.

Unveiled during a historic ceremony on 30 October 2025, the first Philippine edition of the MICHELIN Guide recognized 108 outstanding dining destinations nationwide. Representing Dusit Thani Manila were Chef Watchraphon “Ja” Yongbanthom of Benjarong Manila and Chef Hiroyuki Fukata of UMU, both acknowledged for elevating their respective culinary traditions in the Philippines.
