Gerald Anderson earns affirmation from fans after he made huge effort of personally visiting his girlfriend, Julia Barretto on her lock in taping venue through a long, exhausting motorcycle ride.

Gerald shared their adorable moments on his Youtube vlog, where he revealed that his destination for his first ever long bike ride was towards Julia’s taping place.

And due to health protocols, the two can not see each other close, and had to communicate between a glass window to ensure safety from COVID-19.

Julia can be seen extremely happy with his boyfriend’s effort.

Despite of public backlash on their relationship, Gerald and Julia are very much contented with their romance.

In an interview with Toni Gonzaga on her digital talk show, I Feel U, Gerald shares about their relationship, “Unconditional. Talagang, you know, parang alam ko na… kumbaga, sa tropa ko sa sundalo, alam ko lagi siyang andiyan by my side.

“And kumbaga, kung barko ako, siya yung nagbibigay sa akin ng power or fuel para tuluy-tuloy lang ang laban sa buhay.”

he also talked about the things that wounded him over the course of his controversy with ex girlfriend Bea Alonzo.

“Siguro, lahat tayo na nasa industriya na ito, kumbaga laging may mali.

“Kumbaga, gusto lang makita ng tao kung ano yung prospective nila, kung ano yung, kumbaga, kung ano yung tingin nila sa atin.

“Yung iba, sabihin na natin na supporters natin, na sobrang perfect yung tingin sa atin.”

Added him, “Parang nakakalimutan, parang tintrato tayong produkto, na hindi tayo tao, wala tayong emotions, wala tayong pinagdadaanan din.

“And it’s very hard to explain that sa mga tao. Alam ko naman kung saan din ako nagkamali and hindi…

“Ang dating sa ibang tao na parang wala lang sa akin, or kumbaga, nakikita lang naman ako pag may interviews, or yun pag may lumabas na soap ganun.

“Pero hindi naman nila nakita kung paano ako sa bahay or kung paano ko ina-absorb lahat ng ‘to.”
